Returns & Refunds Policy

Woody's offers a 30-day money back guarantee for merchandise subject to few conditions. Always email sales@woodyscorp.com for Return Authorization before returning goods. If you received damaged or defective goods let us know within 2 days of receipt. We explain more below.

Scenario 1: If you received the product specified in your order and would like to return it, you are welcome to do so as a long as the product is still in the original box, packaging, and condition, as you received it and it is returned within 30 days of when it was shipped to you.
Process: Please request a return authorization via email and indicate opening hours and days when goods can be picked up. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed for credit. We aim to complete this within 15 days. Once the credit is approved, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the item minus any credit card reversal fees. We will not charge you a restocking fee.

Scenario 2: You received a product that is different from the product on your order.
Process: If you wish to return a product you received because it is materially different than what you ordered, request a return authorization via email. If return authorization is approved, we will arrange pickup of the product and replace it with the correct item or issue a full refund, if so requested, for the order as long as it is still in the same condition as you received it. You will not be charged credit card reversal fees. We aim to complete this process within 15 days.

Scenario 3: You received the product damaged or defective.
Process: We only sell brand new, sealed and unopened items unless otherwise specified on the individual product, so if you received damaged or defective goods, please notify our Customer Service team via email within 2 days of receival as to how and where the product is damaged. Please do not throw out cartons and accessories that came with the product, as they may be needed for inspection and filing insurance claims. We will replace the product if it was delivered damaged or defective or issue a refund if you so desire. We aim to complete this process within 15 days.
